What CS2 coaching actually covers
A CS2 coach watches your demos and spots the mistakes that are hard to see while you're playing: the peek you took without utility, the rotate you made two seconds late, the eco round you threw away. Sessions are shaped around your goals, so one player might spend an hour on crosshair placement while another works purely on reading the round.
FACEIT coaching
FACEIT punishes habits that Premier lets you get away with. Coaches who play at Level 9 and 10 can explain how the lobby actually thinks: when a default becomes a fake, how to call without losing the round, and which mistakes cost you elo fastest. Most players see the biggest jump from cleaning up mid-round decisions rather than from raw aim.
Aim and mechanics
Aim work is more than a routine. A coach looks at your sensitivity, crosshair height, counter-strafing and how you clear angles, then gives you a short practice block you can actually keep up with between sessions. Small corrections to positioning usually add more kills than hours in an aim trainer.
Game sense and positioning
Game sense is decision making under time pressure: where the information is, what the enemy economy allows, when to trade and when to save. Coaches walk through your rounds and ask what you knew at each moment, which is the fastest way to turn guessing into reading.
Utility coaching
Utility wins rounds you would otherwise lose. Sessions cover the lineups worth memorising for your maps, how to pair smokes with flashes for an execute, and when holding utility for a retake beats spending it on entry.
